• Surveyor's Real Property Report (SRPR or "Spot Survey")
A location of improvements and a cursory check for encroachments onto or from the subject property based on existing but not confirmed, evidence will be made. This report does not constitute a Boundary Survey and is subject to any inaccuracies that a subsequent Boundary Survey may disclose. No boundary markers or corners will be set and this report should not be used or relied upon for the establishment of any fence, structure or any other improvement. No warranty of any kind is extended therein to the present or future owner(s) or occupant(s).

Note: A Surveyor's Real Property Report may be used only for residential, single family, detached dwellings, duplexes, triplexes and four-plexes with not more than one dwelling structure per parcel or tract. Surveyor's Real Property Reports are not to be used for commercial, institutional or industrial buildings or other multifamily dwellings.
A SRPR can only be provided if the work order is signed by the purchaser(s) or borrower(s) of the property upon which to be reported. Regardless of who wants the SRPR, or who will pay for it, the purchaser(s)/borrower(s) must sign the "WORK ORDER" pursuant to Missouri regulations relating to "Surveyor's Real Property Report"
